                      Do you offer local Try-Ons?
                    
                  Yes, we offer local try ons in the Fiordland/Western Southland area.
We will organise delivery to you for $20. Or you are welcome to visit us out in Blackmount or pick up.
                    
                    
                      Do you offer postal Try-Ons?
                    
                  Yes, we are able to post for try ons, for $20 per garment. To book a postal try on, select the garment and then the try on option.
If you are wanting to try on multiple dresses, please contact us and we can organise combined shipping at our end.
                    
                    
                      Where are you located?
                    
                  We are located rurally in Blackmount, Southland. We do not have a store at this time, and operate out of a family home.
                    
                    
                      Do I wash my rental before returning it?
                    
                  Please do not attempt to wash the rental garment yourself. This is all included in our service. We understand accidents happen, so just let us know upon returning so we can treat the garment as required.
                    
                    
                      Do you take bookings over the Christmas and New Years period?
                    
                  Yes we do. We automatically extend rentals over this time to cover the full holiday period.
                    
                    
                      How many days can I hire a dress?
                    
                  Our booking option is for 3 days at a time.
If you require a longer rental period due to travel, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Extra charges may apply on a case by case basis.
                    
                    
                      When looking at the garments, what does recommended fit mean?
                    
                  The sizes that will fit the garment best, we do our best to note by the recommended sizing if it is small or large in size so you can get an idea on the fit for your own shape. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for more detail or measurements.
                    
                    
                      What if my dress does not fit me when it arrives?
                    
                  Unfortunately we are unable to do anything as we provide as much information as we can prior to posting it to you, in some cases we may offer a store credit.
                    
                    
                      What do I do if I damage my postal bag?
                    
                  If your reusable postal bag is damaged beyond use, please let me know asap. Then head to your local NZPost on your return date, find the appropriate sized bag and send with OVERNIGHT postage. Please DO NOT send on standard. Once this is done please send me the tracking number.
                    
                    
                      What's the latest time I can book a postal rental?
                    
                  The cut off time is 4PM Tuesday for weekend rentals. However, if you are really desperate, it is possible to post on Thursday before 11am but keep in mind that NZPost does not guarantee delivery so if it doesn’t arrive on time you will not be refunded or credited for the rental. I will do everything I can to make it happen for you.
                    
                    
                      What's the latest time I can book a local rental?
                    
                  You can book a pickup rental as late as 4PM Friday and pick up at whatever time suits you best, keeping in mind our location is rural. I will do everything I can to get a garment to a customer in time for an event, I can usually organise a drop off in the Fiordland/Western Southland area most days of the week, but this is sometimes not possible due to varying reasons. Please free to contact us before booking an item to check if a drop off is possible.
                    
                    
                      When I book a rental what day do I select?
                    
                  Please select the date you would like to wear the garment. It will be delivered/available for pick up at least one day before (usually earlier) and must be returned the following business day. If it is not returned or posted by the following business day, you will be charged a late fee of $20 per day that it is late. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more detail on late fees.
If you are travelling, please book for the day before you leave to ensure you get your garment in time, and let us know if you need to amend the return date.
