How It Works
STEP ONE
SHOP
Browse through our selection of rentals to find a high quality frock you love at a fraction of the purchase price.
STEP TWO
SELECT THE DATES
Choose the duration that you wish to rent your garment for on the booking calendar. 
Ensure you book for the day of your event, and your garment will need to be sent back to us the following business day.  We recommend creating your booking no less than 3 business days before your event date to avoid any delays in delivery.
If you are travelling, please book for the day before you leave to ensure you get your garment in time.
STEP THREE
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once a timeframe has been selected and the item has been added to your cart, ensure you read through the rental agreement before finalising your order in the checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed which will outline your rental period.
For weekend events, orders must be made by Tuesday 4pm at the latest if the event is that week, this allows us time to prepare and have the garment in the post on Wednesday ready for delivery before the weekend.
A tracking number will be emailed once the garment has been collected, the week of your event, and it is the renters responsibility to track and monitor their own parcel.
If you are local to Western Southland/Fiordland please select the pick up/drop off option, we will be in contact once the order has been finalised to organise getting the garment to you before your event date. Note we are located rurally in Blackmount, we do our best to get the items hand delivered to the local areas around us but this is not always possible. Please feel free to contact us before making an order if you would like to check on the availability of a drop off before booking a mail delivery, otherwise you are more than welcome to come and pick up.
STEP FOUR
RECIEVE AND WEAR YOUR RENTAL
Your rental will arrive in a REUSABLE postal bag. Please ensure you don't damage the bag when opening. If you lose or damage the packaging provided to you, you are solely responsible for the return of the items at your own cost, refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.
Don't forget to tag _whatthefrocknz so we can share on our socials and you can receive 10% off your next rental.
Please ensure you do not launder or dry clean your rental.
STEP FIVE
RETURN YOUR RENTAL
Place your garment back into the reusable postal bag the following business day after your event (or the agreed upon date). Ensure it is handed over the counter at your local post shop so that it can be scanned. Please refrain from putting your rental into a street postbox.
A $20 late fee will be charged if the garment is not dropped to the post shop as agreed, this ensures we can honour future rentals.
Please contact us if there are any issues, we do understand accidents may occur.
You may be liable for cost of repairs, extensive stain removal, loss of rental income and/or the full retail price of a garment if damage cannot be repaired.
