When you hire with What The Frock, you agree to hire our garments for a set period of time, as set out in our terms and conditions. Only you, the renter is able to wear your hired garment and therefore, it is not to be shared around while in your possession. You solely hold the responsibility for the garment during your rental period. If any damage and/or claims are made against you as a result of occurrences that happened when the garment was in your possession, regardless of whether they were your own doing or not, you will be held accountable. 

The rental is for the period of time that has been agreed upon What The Frock and the renter.  All rentals must be returned the following working day, unless otherwise agreed.

All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and will not be hired outside of New Zealand.

If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to this contract. This states in summary, that we will hold you accountable to uphold the rental agreement.

We do not hold items prior to payment being received.
